Delete your account and data

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in with your e-mail.
2. Open the account menu and press Delete account.
3. Confirm twice. Deletion is immediate.

By e-mail

Send a message with the subject "Delete my account" to support@mimovo.app from the e-mail address of your account. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• your e-mail address and sign-in tokens;
• all sessions: uploaded photos and clips, chats, generated images and videos;
• saved characters (sheets, master photos, descriptions);
• your remaining token balance (it is forfeited).

What is kept

Anonymised purchase and token-ledger records without your e-mail or name, as required by tax and accounting law (up to 10 years), and server logs for up to 30 days.

To delete only one session or character without deleting the account, write to support.
