Token packs
Mimovo uses tokens: you buy a pack once and spend tokens on generations. There is no subscription and tokens do not expire while your account exists.

On the website, packs are sold by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record: Paddle handles the payment, invoices and taxes, and the charge on your statement shows Paddle. In the iOS and Android apps, packs are bought through the App Store or Google Play.
What things cost in tokens
The price of every paid step is shown in the chat before you confirm it; nothing is generated without your approval. Typical prices:

Videos are billed by the length of the source clip, rounded up to whole seconds (4–30 seconds). The chat assistant itself is free. If a generation fails on our side or on a provider's side, the tokens for that step are returned automatically.
Free to start
Every new account gets 3 free concept images, 3 free studio photos and 1 free master photo, so you can create your first character before buying anything. The character sheet and videos are always paid.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy. In short: failed generations are never charged; unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; tokens already spent on delivered generations are not refundable.
